Board members discussed possible creation of about four additional rental spots and moving signs from a less-used municipal lot to a more usable location two blocks away; one member stressed that plowing is the responsibility only for lots the village owns. Staff said they would coordinate with Todd and follow up on signage changes so the temporary spots can be offered for the season.
Other operational notes included an instruction to alert AJ about an abandoned vehicle on village property and routine reminders about winter parking enforcement. No formal action was taken beyond direction to staff.
