Council also announced that, because of Bicycle Days, the farmers market will be held in the First Lutheran Church parking lot and possibly a nearby grassy area at Main and Broadway for the weekend’s events. Council indicated staff will prepare a legal opinion and return the matter to the appropriate committee for discussion and potential ordinance language.
