Selectman Caroline Nesbitt moved to authorize signing the first issue property tax bill for $3,884,081; the motion was seconded by Haight and passed unanimously. The Board also authorized signing NHMBB agreements and modifying the bond resolution to identify the Town Administrator as Coordinator.
In a consent block the Board signed the AP manifest; approved a response to a land‑use change tax abatement; approved Current Use/A‑10 and Conservation Restriction/PA‑60 applications for the parcels listed in the minutes; signed a denial letter for an Eversource abatement; deferred discussion on the town utilities assessor contract; approved timber yield tax warrants for listed parcels (including US Forest Service cuts); approved employment letters for two Sandwich Camp staff and authorized a Trustee of Trust Funds reimbursement request for the Lena Nelson Fund. All motions were recorded as passing unanimously where noted.
