The schedule calls for project completion in July.
Board members asked for additional details such as square footage and unit mix; a project developer estimated per‑square‑foot construction costs "running between $300 to $400 per square foot," consistent with low‑income housing tax credit projects in the region. The presenter estimated total project cost at about $13,000,000 and said approximately $5,000,000 remained to complete the work.
