County Clerk Julie A. Freese presented Fremont County's advertised fiscal year 2026-27 proposed budget at a July 6, 2025 special meeting of the Fremont County Commissioners in Lander. The proposed budget would take effect for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2026.
The meeting record lists Chairman Larry Allen and Commissioners Michael Jones, Jennifer Wilson, Clarence Thomas and Ron Fabrizius as present. After presentations and an opportunity for public comment, which produced no speakers, the public hearing adjourned at 5:40 p.m. The board scheduled reconvening for the regular meeting on July 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
