The Trustees of the Trust Fund met at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2026, at the Jackson Town Office and unanimously approved two transfers previously authorized by the Jackson Select Board. Trustee Christopher McAleer and Trustee Robert M. Goodhue voted to approve a $180,448.50 withdrawal from the Bartlett/Jackson Ambulance Capital Reserve Fund (0070) to pay Invoice # SO 1806 dated 4.05.2026 to Sugarloaf Ambulance/Rescue Vehicles and a $1,057.50 withdrawal from the Melloon Road Groundwater Maintenance Expendable Trust Fund (0071) to pay Invoice 33185 dated 3.31.2025 to HEB Engineers, Inc.
The transfers were recorded in the meeting minutes and attributed to authorizations made by the Jackson Select Board at its May 12, 2026 meeting. The minutes state that the Trustees unanimously approved these transfers and list the Trustees voting as Christopher McAleer and Robert Goodhue. The meeting minutes are signed by Robert M. Goodhue, Acting Secretary.
The larger transfer will fund the purchase or payment related to ambulance/rescue vehicles, drawing on the Bartlett/Jackson Ambulance Capital Reserve Fund. The smaller transfer covers an engineering invoice tied to Melloon Road groundwater maintenance. The minutes do not provide additional details about vendor contracts, delivery schedules, or whether any reimbursement or grant funding will offset the outlay.
With no further business recorded, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
