Presutti also requested authority to establish sealed bids for 2025 busing for senior, youth/adult and summer camp trips; the board authorized the sealed‑bid process and designated the town clerk to coordinate scheduling with recreation staff.
Tracey Carvell of Animal Control requested authorization to use the T‑94 account to pay Newburgh Veterinary Hospital $364.80 for canine services and $1,158.66 for feline services, totaling $1,523.46; Councilman Anthony R. LoBiondo moved the payment and the board approved it unanimously.
Highway Superintendent Mark Hall requested authorization to issue bids for two truck bodies and plows for single‑axle Class 8 trucks; Councilman Paul Ruggiero moved to authorize the bidding and the board approved unanimously. The minutes record that bid dates will be coordinated with the Town Clerk’s Office.
