Guest Seth Rosselit addressed the Village of Dunkirk Board of Public Affairs on Aug. 26, 2024 and said a violation shown on the Consumer Confidence Report was his error, that the violation has been corrected and submitted to the appropriate people, and that he will email the fiscal officer a link to a metrics spreadsheet so the officer can complete the financial portions.
Rosselit also told the board the service-line inventory will be in effect through 2037. The fiscal officer confirmed she would receive the spreadsheet link and assist with the financial inputs. No enforcement action or penalties were discussed during the meeting.
