The Temple Planning Board on March 17 approved a lot line adjustment for property owner David Corliss and carried several internal personnel actions, the board’s minutes show.
During the public hearing Chair Bruce Kullgren called the lot line adjustment application to order at 7:05 p.m. Chelsea Roberge of Fieldstone Land Consultants presented the plan and Russ Huntley confirmed the submission met the application checklist and that a listed right-of-way is not located on the subject lots. Russ moved to approve the Lot Line Adjustment; Jim Medeiros seconded and the motion passed by roll call. Chelsea and Corliss submitted two mylars, two paper copies and the required checks for filing.
Christine Robidoux, who was appointed and seated as an alternate member for the meeting, told the board the Planning Board must provide Chelsea Roberge a written Notice of Decision both electronically and on paper within five days and that, once the plans have all signatures, they will be filed at the Registry of Deeds. "We need to provide Chelsea with a written Notice of Decision both electronically and on paper within 5 days," Christine said.
The board also handled internal housekeeping. Jim Medeiros moved to appoint Christine Robidoux as an alternate and Bruce Kullgren seconded; the motion was approved by roll call and Christine was seated for the meeting. The board then moved to elect officers: Bruce nominated Russ Huntley for chair (seconded by Randy Martin), Bruce nominated Jim Medeiros for vice chair (seconded by Kent Perry), and Jim nominated Randy Martin for secretary (seconded by Russ Huntley). Each nomination was approved by roll call, with the member nominated recorded as abstaining in each respective vote (for example, Russ was recorded as abstaining on the vote to name him chair).
The board approved the March 3, 2026 draft minutes (motion by Russ Huntley, seconded by Jim Medeiros); the minutes passed with Randy Martin and Kent Perry recorded as abstaining. The meeting adjourned at 8:14 p.m.; the board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Temple Town Hall.
Actions taken will be followed by administrative filings: the Corliss lot line mylars are to be signed and submitted to the Registry of Deeds, and the board will issue the Notice of Decision within five days.
