The Community Advisory Committee unanimously approved final wording and images for a road-safety mailer at its March 19, 2026 meeting. Bill Torphy moved to approve the mailer; Vivian Wills seconded, and the motion carried without dissent.
Chair Lilliane LeBel will pursue the design of the mailer. Members discussed when the mailer should be mailed and agreed to finalize timing at the next committee meeting on April 16, 2026.
The vote recorded in the meeting minutes shows three members in attendance and a unanimous vote in favor; no amendments or conditions were attached to the approval.
