Cranford ZBA adopts 2026 appointments, designates legal notice outlets and sets rules

At the start of its March 9 meeting, the Cranford Zoning Board of Adjustment approved a set of administrative resolutions to carry the board through 2026.
By roll call vote the board appointed Thomas Jardim, Esq. as Board Attorney (Resolution No. 26‑02); Colliers Engineering as Board Engineer (Resolution No. 26‑03); Topology LLC as Board Planner with Neglia as secondary planner (Resolution No. 26‑04); and designated the Westfield Leader and the Legal Notice page of the Township of Cranford as official notice outlets (Resolution No. 26‑05). The board also adopted its 2026 Rules and Regulations (Resolution No. 26‑06).
For each recorded roll call vote on the resolutions the transcript lists the affirmative votes cast by Ms. Daly, Mr. Aschenbach, Mr. Cukierski and Ms. Oliver; no opposing votes were recorded. The motions to adopt the minutes of the December 15, 2025 meeting and its closed session also passed by unanimous voice vote.
These actions establish the board’s professional roster and procedures for the year, enabling staff to proceed with hearings and technical reviews under the adopted rules.
