Ceresco amends animal-control language; third reading set for a future meeting

Trustee Ruble moved and Trustee Peterson seconded approval of the edits; the roll-call vote was unanimous. The Board scheduled the third reading of Ordinance 2026-3 for a subsequent meeting.
