Village Administrator Ryan VanDeWalle told trustees that the current tower agreement yields $42,224.30 in annual revenue with a 4% annual escalator. Concordia Wireless, on behalf of AT&T, proposed adding 240 square feet of ground equipment at the site for $1,150 per month. VanDeWalle said that addition would raise total monthly receipts to approximately $4,668.69 (and remain subject to the 4% annual escalator) and could offset the need for a separate tower in the Cedar Creek area.
Trustee Bill Schremp moved to approve the T‑Mobile cell tower agreement amendment as presented; the board approved the amendment 7–0.
The amendment keeps colocated services at a single site and adds near‑term revenue to village coffers while maintaining a comparatively high escalator in the base agreement.
