The Rothschild Village Board unanimously approved the vacation and discontinuance of a portion of Stoney Rivers Drive at its July 28 meeting.
Administrator Ryan VanDeWalle described the vote as the final administrative step in vacating the roadway. The board approved the motion and VanDeWalle was authorized to proceed with the Developer’s Agreement and the certified survey map (CSM) that will mark easements and utilities.
