Vergara cautioned that privately owned lighting would likely be the village’s ongoing maintenance responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Trustee Bill Schremp moved and Sam Stroik seconded a motion authorizing Vergara to continue working with Weston and WPS on a lighting plan and potential 50/50 memorandum of understanding; the motion passed unanimously 7–0.
