The Village of Ceresco Board of Trustees on April 21 approved Resolution No. 2026-2, authorizing the village to enter an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to participate in a Mutual Finance Organization formed pursuant to Legislative Bill 1120 (1998). Chair Scott Peterson introduced the resolution and the Board voted in favor by roll call.
At the same meeting the Board also voted to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Wahoo for mosquito control services. Trustee Peterson moved to enter the agreement with Wahoo; Trustee Ruble seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The resolution authorizes the Chair to execute the mutual finance agreement on behalf of the village; the mosquito-control agreement will proceed according to the terms approved by the Board. No fiscal figures were included in the meeting minutes for either item; the Board did not record conditions attaching to either approval.
