Appellants Barbara J. Mullin and Dan Mullin attended the hearing and spoke in favor of the request to create a parcel of more than 4 acres from parcels 004-1214-2443-001 and 004-1214-2512-002 near W7431 County B. The meeting record indicates no one spoke in opposition.
Board member Sue Rechek moved to approve the appeal; board member Isaac Dornfeld seconded. The motion carried unanimously with all four members present voting yes: Chairman Howard Bohl, Sue Rechek, Isaac Dornfeld and Joe Kern. Following that action, Dornfeld moved to adjourn, Rechek seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m., also carried unanimously.
