Vote: 7‑0.
- Supplemental agreement with Iowa DOT: Council authorized the city manager to execute the FY26–27 supplemental agreement for maintenance of Iowa 150 (3.46 miles) for $38,321.30. Vote: 7‑0.
- Five‑day Class C liquor license (Sanity Room) for RAGBRAI: Council approved a temporary license that replaces the business’s regular license for the event and prohibits front sidewalk sales during the five‑day period; staff confirmed receipt of a revised sketch showing no front service. Vote: 7‑0.
- Airport lease/use agreement — mechanic: Council approved a lease/use agreement with mechanic Clint Spearman (relocating from Scottsbluff, Neb.) for services at the municipal airport, subject to final administrative details. Vote: 7‑0.
