At a special meeting April 15, the Town of Hildebran council approved facility lease recommendations and a revised fee schedule for rentals at the Albert Parkhurst Municipal Complex.
Staff proposed lease rates for a range of tenants: Carolina Police K9 LLC (Room #216 and other spaces) at $150 per month; East Burke Christian Ministries house at $125 per month; Family Support Network/HOPE at $150 per month; Hildebran Heritage and Development Association (HHDA) at $200 per month under a five‑year lease agreement; Hildebran Icard Community Development Council/EBYAO at $60 per year; Hildebran‑Icard Little League at $1 per year; His Words His Ways Fellowship at $150 per month; The Enola Group (Buster Bus) four parking spaces at $1 per year; and Walkin’ Roll Activities League at $500 per month ($6,000 per year). Council recorded consensus to appropriate these lease rates in the FY 26-27 budget.
Separately, staff proposed increases to the facility rental fee schedule. Council approved raising Royal Park stage rates to $150 per half day and $250 for a full day and increased nonprofit rates to $115 per half day and $190 for a full day; minutes record consensus to include the revised fees in the FY 26-27 budget.
The minutes do not attach lease documents or show execution dates; they record only the council’s consensus to include the recommended rates and fees in the coming year’s budget.
