Interim Town Manager Tony Sears and Interim Planning Director Dale Holland presented the petition and the Planning Board’s recommendation of approval, noting no additional water-line costs are expected because service lines are already in place and that the petitioner plans to build a house on the lot where a structure had been previously demolished. Council Member Mark Smith moved the resolution; Council Member Keith Davis seconded; the motion passed 4-0.
