Council was asked to authorize soliciting additional bids and to approve a project by March so work can proceed in time to use Powell Bill funds.
Staff also noted the need to clarify easements for access across adjoining farmland; most work is planned between the road and the ditch with roadside access. Council did not take final action at the meeting but was briefed on the urgency and next steps.
