The resolution cites compliance with section 331.432 of the Code of Iowa and directs the county auditor to correct her books when transfers are made and to notify the county treasurer of the amounts transferred. Leslie Groen, Butler County Auditor, is identified in the meeting record as attesting to the resolution.
The transfer was described in the resolution as previously budgeted for FY27. The board took no separate public comment on the transfer during the meeting and did not amend the transfer amount during discussion.
