Koshkonong approves liquor licenses, conditions Wishing Well RV Resort application; fireworks permit granted

The Town Board of Koshkonong on June 11 approved multiple liquor licenses and granted a fireworks permit to Wishing Well RV Resort with conditions.
During review of liquor-license applications the board raised questions about alcohol storage locations, how alcohol would be served and retailed, hours of operation, server training and security. The board asked Wishing Well to amend the location description on its application and reiterated that golf carts within the park may not be used to leave the park. Supervisor George Jaeckel moved to approve all liquor licenses conditioned on Wishing Well amending its application; Supervisor Erik Hoffman seconded, and the motion passed without objection.
Separately, Wishing Well's fireworks request was presented as similar to prior years; requestor Jeremy Politick said there is substantial water available near the planned firing area. Supervisor Matt Hill moved to approve the fireworks permit; Supervisor Erik Hoffman seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Wishing Well representatives Gerald Politick and Jeremy Politick participated in discussion (Melissa Schutt also joined by phone). The board did not record additional permit conditions beyond the requested amendment to the liquor-license application and the reminder about golf-cart restrictions inside the park.
