The Plan Commission and Village Board on March 12 approved an amendment to the Project Plan and boundaries for Tax Incremental District No. 1.
Community Development Director Jamie Rybarcyzk and Jon Cameron of Ehlers reviewed the proposed boundary and project plan changes to TID No. 1. The Plan Commission held a public hearing with no public comment, approved Plan Commission Resolution 2026-04 by a 6–0 vote, and the Village Board approved Village Board Resolution 2026-27 by a 5–0 vote.
The amendments as presented were accepted by the DNR review noted elsewhere in the meeting record and will be implemented under the resolutions approved by the boards. The board did not discuss budget appropriations or a construction schedule during the meeting.
