Onley holds public hearing on amended 2025–26 budget; no changes, adoption set for Feb. 10

Onley, Va. — The Onley Town Council opened a public hearing Feb. 2 on the proposed amended 2025–2026 budget. Town Manager Susan Rillo said the amendment is balanced, contains no changes to taxes or fees, and was properly advertised; no members of the public offered comment. Mayor Henry E. Finney adjourned the hearing at 6:06 p.m.
Council set a special meeting for Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to return and adopt the amended budget. Rillo said a copy of the amended budget will be attached to the meeting minutes and is available upon request.
