The commission also approved a development application for Marbles West (referred to as Marvel's Way) and granted approval for Map 8 Lot 121-116 for an applicant listed as Gregory Bannon. "They're just hooking up to the existing stub," a committee member said while describing the development's utilities; the commission agreed the application was straightforward and approved it.
Licensing items included approval of M and H Constructions' pipe-and-drain application at a fee of $50 per listed member (three members — Scott Milberry, Rick Edgley and David Haley — for a total of $150). The commission moved to accept FOSS Enterprises' application pending a $50 payment and approved Hailey Property Services' renewal for Michael Hailey after confirming insurance documentation.
Staff reported that code enforcement has added a dedicated page on the town website to house sewer and other permit applications, with the goal of consolidating application materials and reducing missing items. "This is what I have posted on the website for everything," staff said when describing the new online resources.
The meeting record shows these motions were approved by voice vote, with no contested ballots recorded in the transcript. Staff and members discussed routine maintenance and equipment needs related to ongoing operations during the remainder of the meeting.
