City administrator Michael Kuchta told the commission the final plan adds two bid alternates to the preliminary approval: stormwater infrastructure along the building’s west side and construction of an exterior elevator shaft outside the existing footprint. No members of the public spoke on this item.
Matt Pennekamp moved to approve the final site plan and Mary Leonard seconded; the motion carried 6-0.
