The Plan Commission opened the public hearing at 5:02 p.m.; no members of the public offered comment. Later in the meeting, Commissioner Ed Wall moved to approve Resolution 2026-08 as presented; Commissioner Jeff Heisig seconded and the motion carried, 7–0.
The Commission then opened a public hearing at 5:05 p.m. on a Windsor Golf Ventures Inc. request for a certified survey map (lot-line adjustment) for land at 4638 Golf Drive. Rybarcyzk gave the overview and again there was no public comment. Commissioner Bill LeGore moved to approve Resolution 2026-09 as presented; Commissioner Kay Hoffman seconded and the motion carried, 7–0.
Earlier on the agenda the Commission approved the December 11, 2025 and March 12, 2026 meeting minutes. Commissioner Dave Gaustad moved to approve the minutes as presented; Commissioner Patrick Grimes seconded and the motion carried with a 7–0 vote. The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn by Commissioner Ed Wall, seconded by Commissioner Patrick Grimes, and the Commission adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
