President Mike Steffel called the regular monthly meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. District Administrator Wagner confirmed proper notice. A roll call listed Nate Gallagher, Tanya Moore, Sara Mumm, Dean Noethe, Chad Olmstead, Gina Rollins, Mike Steffel and Andrew Taylor as present; Jerry Vesperman was absent.
Board member Nate Gallagher moved and Tanya Moore seconded to adopt the agenda as presented; the motion carried on a voice vote, 8-0-0.
Dean Noethe moved and Gina Rollins seconded approval of the consent agenda; the board approved it on a roll-call vote, 8-0-0.
On action items, Dean Noethe moved and Tanya Moore seconded approval of the 2025–2026 school calendar. The board adopted the calendar on a roll-call vote, 8-0-0.
Tanya Moore then moved and Nate Gallagher seconded approval of Fall 2025 college course requests. The motion passed on a roll-call vote, 7-0-1, with Chad Olmstead recorded as abstaining.
Later in the meeting Nate Gallagher moved, and Sara Mumm seconded, that the board enter executive session under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of public employees. The motion carried by roll-call vote, 8-0-0.
