Reserves listed in the minutes include an Aquatic Plant Management Equipment Reserve ($0 for 2025; $55,000 budgeted for 2026), a Water Patrol Equipment Reserve ($91,000), a Golf Course Equipment Reserve ($8,100), a Water Study Reserve ($28,000), and clubhouse account balances reflecting $1.4 million in cash receipts, a $25,000 donation and $85,000 in the clubhouse account. Contracts totaling $1,620,000 were reported, with $1,579,580 paid to date (about $50,000 remaining).
