Public Works Committee approves 2025 budgets and accepts invoices and financial reports
Summary
On Aug. 13 the Village of Windsor Public Works Committee approved the 2025 budgets 5–0 and also voted 5–0 to approve invoices and accept the balance sheet, budget comparison report, billing statistics and accounts receivable.
The Village of Windsor Public Works Committee approved the 2025 budgets as presented and accepted financial items including invoices, the balance sheet, budget comparison report, billing statistics and accounts receivable.
Committee member Kitty Repas moved to approve the 2025 budgets; Committee member Tom Phelps seconded and the motion carried 5–0. Separately, Committee member John Kaat moved to approve the invoices as presented and to accept the balance sheet, budget comparison report, billing statistics and accounts receivable; Monica Smith seconded and that motion also carried 5–0.
The committee scheduled its next meeting for Sept. 10, 2024, and adjourned at 8:33 a.m. after completing the agenda.
Both the budget approval and the acceptance of financial reports were recorded as committee actions and will be reflected in subsequent Village Board and administrative processing as required.
