Board members raised several operational items during the July 14 work session and agreed to place fuller discussions on next week's agenda.
A member reported that Holly compared the town's boards-and-commissions list with the website and identified entries not on the site; the board agreed to update the website and to review liaison lists.
The member also proposed two rolling cork/white boards for the lobby so community events can be posted without obstructing glass. The board discussed visibility of notices for events such as the farmers market and suggested placing a board so it remains visible even when the building is closed.
The chair asked for an update on a held-over North Washington sidewalk item and whether Frank Morabito could attend; a member said that sidewalk discussion is on next week's agenda but availability is uncertain.
Members also agreed to place an item on next week's agenda to consider consistent backdoor pickup and recycling policies for elderly or disabled residents and to discuss whether recycling pickup should accompany backdoor garbage pickup.
Next steps: the town staff will prepare agenda items and any requested summaries for the July 21 meeting.
