Superintendent: roofing to finish before school; track resurfacing planned for fall; FY '26 fiscal close underway

"We are planning to, complete the roofing project on the Applington building yet this summer. Anticipating it's all gonna be completed before school starts," he said. He added that materials are already staged on site.

On finances, Mr. Fleshner said the business office has finished fiscal work for the year and the district is preparing to close FY '25 and open FY '26. He described these items as typical year-end cleanups and said families and staff should direct facility questions to district staff.
The district did not provide dollar amounts or specific contract vendors in the update. The superintendent closed the update with a reminder that more policy items will appear on next month's agenda.
