Clifton council clears Community Hall rental for SAT/ACT classes with conditions

Planning Commission member Kathy Kalinowski reminded the council that a long‑term use of the hall would require a Use Permit.
Council action: Mayor Bill Hollaway moved to allow the rental of the Community Hall as requested; Vice Mayor Jennifer Heilmann seconded the motion. The council approved the motion by poll vote, 6-0.
