Vice Mayor Steve Effros moved to add $5,000 to previously authorized funds for Haunted Trail expenses, for immediate disbursement; Councilmember Chase Hinderstein seconded the motion and the council approved it by roll‑call vote (Hinderstein, McDonald, Effros, Hollaway: Aye). The meeting then adjourned at 8:07 p.m.
