He said he will meet with Mayor Knopf and open‑space consultant Frank Pinto to discuss options and appraisal approaches and asked the borough to consider preservation consistent with state law and any legal processes tied to ongoing family litigation.
What happens next: Staff agreed to send another letter to NJ Transit and encouraged residents to document noise incidents. Staff and the open‑space consultant will meet with Henry to discuss possible conservation options; council asked staff to report outcomes of that meeting back to members.
