Board approves $90,508 E-Rate router purchase; E-Rate subsidy will cover most cost

Technology director Mr. Williams explained the procurement and E-Rate adjustments, noting the district will perform installation and configuration in-house, which lowered the vendor cost. Trustee Henning moved to award the contract to Pine Cove for $90,508.28; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
Next steps: Staff will finalize the contract with Pine Cove and schedule installation so upgraded routers are functional by July 1.
