Town Manager Rommel Pazmino led a review of proposed updates to Chapter 72 of the Landover Hills Personnel Manual at the March 2 workshop. Council members discussed recommended changes and requested that the revisions be reviewed by legal counsel and a human-resources consultant.
Pazmino said recommended changes will be sent to the town attorney and the human-resources consultant for additional review. After those reviews are completed, the revised Personnel Manual chapter will be returned to the council for further consideration and potential formal action.
There was no vote on personnel rules at the workshop; the item remains under staff and consultant review.
