The City of Neillsville Grants Committee discussed an upcoming IT services contract renewal Monday, Chair Natalie Erpenbach said, noting Clerk Winder met with the Dirks Group in early June with committee member Friemoth present.
Erpenbach said the city’s current contract with the Dirks Group will renew July 1 under the existing terms for a 24-month period. Clerk Winder also arranged a visit from another network management service provider, whose representatives provided information and a written quote for services, Erpenbach reported. The committee did not take action during the meeting.
Committee members did not vote on contract changes or selection at the June 23 meeting. The discussion kept the item at an informational stage, and staff will bring further details or recommendations to a future Grants Committee meeting if a contract change is proposed.
