The City of Decatur Common Council adopted Ordinance 2026-11 (Utility Bond Ordinance) on its second and final reading Tuesday.
Councilmember Jenny Bowers-Shultz moved to place the ordinance on second reading by short title; City Attorney Anne Razo read Ordinance 2026-11 by short title. Bowers-Shultz then moved to adopt the ordinance on its final reading. A roll-call vote passed 4–0; Councilmember Scott Murray was not present at the time of the vote.
