County and state's attorney report multi-year Tyler case-management rollout

Stacy said the probation department is continuing its integration with Tyler and is considering adding roughly 250–300 additional cases to the system, which would place the department’s full caseload into the new platform. The state's attorney’s office said staff will be involved with switching activity each day between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. during the current phase of implementation and expects the Tyler project work to continue through February 2027.
No formal actions were taken during the update. Committee members asked clarifying questions and were told the offices will continue phased switching and will report implementation progress to the committee as the work proceeds.
