The Winter Park Town Council on June 16 approved routine items including the June 2, 2026 meeting minutes, a special event permit for The Big Wonderful Beerfest & Bluegrass at Winter Park Resort on July 11, and a one-year special use permit allowing a long-term mobile vending art cart (Toulouse Da Moose Cart D'Art) to operate seasonally at 78966 U.S. Highway 40 in front of Viking Lodge.
