"Most of the changes were net positive, including increases in sales tax revenue and the Fire Department grant," Oxman said, and added that staff had made several allocation corrections to reflect those changes.
Penrod then invited members of the public to comment on the proposed amendments; no one came forward during the public comment period. Council Member Michael Broadbent moved to adjourn the hearing, and Council Member James Baker seconded. The public hearing adjourned at 6:38 p.m.
