MIDDLETOWN — The Inland Wetland and Watercourse Agency accepted for review a proposed two‑lot resubdivision of an 11.59‑acre parcel at 444 Chamberlain Hill Road.
Joe Wren, professional engineer with Indigo, said the application is a first filing to split the parcel; no construction is proposed at this stage. The map shows wetlands flagged by survey and a 100‑foot review buffer that would encompass portions of the proposed lots. Planning and zoning will separately hold a statutory public hearing because this is a resubdivision under state statute.
The commission accepted the application for review at its next meeting in June; any future plans involving septic, driveways or grading within the Upland Review Area will require additional filings and permit review.
