The City Commission of Brownsboro Village met March 11, 2025, and approved the minutes of its Feb. 11 meeting and the January 2025 cash-basis financial statement by voice votes. Mayor Mark Joyce presided; the meeting began at 6:30 p.m. and concluded at 7:07 p.m.
Commissioner Maryellen Howley moved that the Feb. 11 minutes be approved as distributed; Commissioner Whitney Hankins seconded, and the motion passed by voice vote. Treasurer Brian Shanks presented the January financial statement; Commissioner Brian Willis moved acceptance and Commissioner Howley seconded, and that motion also passed by voice vote. The commission recorded no roll-call tallies in the minutes.
The commission confirmed that monthly meetings will continue to be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. The minutes list meeting hosts and locations for the next two sessions: April 8, 2025, hosted by Mayor Mark Joyce at 300 Sprite Road, and May 13, 2025, hosted by Commissioner Brian Willis at 406 Chenoweth Lane.
