Wythe County planning staff on July 6 summarized several recently recorded lot-line revisions and minor subdivisions.
Cripple Creek Ag Solution conveyed 0.248 acres to adjoining owner Loretta Ann Vaughn; Vaughn then combined parcels through a lot-line revision resulting in a new parcel totaling 84.968 acres and a 10.636-acre residual to remain in agricultural use. Staff said the revised parcel A will be used residentially and was recorded June 1.
Irvin and Sandra Brockman combined three parcels into a 7.5758-acre tract and simultaneously divided off 5.75 acres to sell to James and Melissa Story; the result leaves a 1.73-acre residual for residential/agricultural use and was recorded June 4.
Patsy Watson conveyed 1.11 acres to adjoining owners Scout Reynolds and Jackson McManus; the lot-line revisions produced a residual ~99.734-acre agricultural parcel and a new 3.984-acre residential parcel, recorded June 16. Staff said all affected parcels are served by private water and private sewer.
These routine record updates were presented as part of the subdivision-ordinance report; no formal action by the commission was required beyond acknowledgment of the recorded plats.
