City Administrator introduced Bob Breese of C & D Construction Consultants, Inc., as the proposed building inspector who is expected to begin work April 13, 2026, and to coordinate with the City Engineer on permit review and inspections. The ordinance authorizes the city to enter an agreement with C&D Construction to perform those services; specific contract terms were not read into the minutes.
