Zoning amendment (adaptive reuse): The board accepted draft zoning-amendment language and authorized staff to forward it to planning partners for review and comment; the proposal will go through the planning-partner review and scheduling of a public hearing in August.
Event support (Hand-in-Hand Fire Company): The board approved a request for fire-police assistance by Hand-in-Hand Fire Company for the Strasburg "Farm to Fork" bicycle event on Aug. 29 so that volunteers would be covered by workers' compensation.
Sewer planning module — Dunkin' Donuts, 1625 Old Philadelphia Pike: The board approved a resolution to add two additional EDUs for a proposed Dunkin' Donuts at 1625 Old Philadelphia Pike.
