Resident urges limits on town pickleball hours; board moves to executive session on related litigation

At the end of the meeting the chair moved the board into executive session under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 30A, §21(a)(3) and (7) to discuss strategy regarding threatened litigation concerning Ernest Barrow's pickleball courts and to approve draft executive-session minutes; the chair said an open meeting could have a detrimental effect on the town’s litigation position. The motion passed and the board did not reconvene in open session.
