WAC accepts two final reports and approves grant amendment to move 'Musical Inspirations' to Oct. 16–18

Staff also presented a grant amendment request from the project "Musical Inspirations / The Voices We Carry," asking to move the project from June 2026 to the weekend of Oct. 16–18, 2026; the exact performance date will be finalized pending venue confirmation. Meg said there were no budget changes associated with the amendment. The council voted to approve the amendment.
Members noted venue confirmation remains pending for the October window and tasked staff to follow up with organizations that submitted incorrect or incomplete forms.
